Mas de Pilon
Provence, France
Working with the owners over a period of five years we created a new garden in Provence around an old Mas. A sculpture, topiary and potager garden were designed along with an ornamental swimming pool. A small hill, in appearance a foothill of the Alpilles mountain range beyond, was created to screen a large power pylon using mature 25m tall trees. Featured in House & Garden January 2001.
